Grade Converter 

The grade converter used for the Double Degree Program is based on the so-called "Modified Bavarian Formula" (= "Modifizierte Bayerische Formel"):

 

GrDH

=

stands for the desired grade (according to the grading system of the DHBW Mannheim)

Grabr / max

=

stands for the best grade in the foreign grading system

Grabr / min

=

stands for the worst passing grade in the foreign grading system

Grabr

=

stands for the obtained foreign grade (which will be converted to the German grading system)

For the conversion of grades from Kozminski University to the grading system of the DHBW Mannheim, the following minimum and maximum grades apply:

  • Maximum grade (= Grabr / max): 5
    --> correlates with the grade „1,0“ at the DHBW Mannheim
  • Minimum grade (= Grabr / min): 3
    --> correlates with the grade „4,0“ at the DHBW Mannheim
